By creating an account or using Schedulr you agree to these terms. If you use Schedulr on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
Schedulr provides online appointment booking, client management, SMS reminders, invoicing and an embeddable booking widget for service businesses.
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential, consider enabling two-factor authentication, and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Payments are processed by Paystack. Schedulr is not a bank or payment institution and is not a party to transactions between a business and its clients. Refund and cancellation terms for appointments and deposits are set by each business.
SMS delivery depends on third-party gateways and mobile networks and is not guaranteed.
You own the data you put into Schedulr. You allow us to process it to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and update features from time to time.
You may stop using Schedulr at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other users at risk.
Schedulr is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or missed appointments, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
